Shipping

How long does shipping take?
We ship from Nagoya, Japan. UPS Saver typically takes 3-5 business days to North America and Europe. FedEx/DHL Express is 2-4 days. Exact rates and delivery times are shown in your cart at checkout.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with UPS, FedEx, and DHL. All shipments include full tracking information. Shipping rates are calculated in real-time based on your location and order weight.
How are the products packaged?
All products are professionally double-boxed with protective padding to prevent any damage during international transit. We take extra care to ensure your boxes arrive in perfect condition.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Wise (TransferWise) and PayPal. Both are invoiced in JPY (Japanese Yen). Wise transfers have no processing fee. PayPal orders include a 5% processing fee on the total (subtotal + shipping).
Are prices in JPY or USD?
All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) with an approximate equivalent in your selected currency shown for reference. The final invoice will always be in JPY. Exchange rates may vary slightly at the time of payment.

Products

What does "Sealed" vs "No Shrink" mean?
"Sealed" means the box has its original factory shrinkwrap intact - the most desirable condition for collectors. "No Shrink" means the box is complete and unopened, but the original shrinkwrap has been removed (common for older Japanese products). Both are new and unplayed.
Are all products authentic?
Yes. Every product is sourced directly from authorized distributors and retailers in Japan. We are a licensed dealer (antique dealer permit #451460009881) and guarantee 100% authenticity of all items.
Which TCG brands do you carry?

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for items in original condition. Cancellations before shipment are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Please see our full Terms of Service for details.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer quantity-based pricing for orders of 3+ boxes. The more you buy, the better the per-unit price. Contact us with your desired products and quantities for a custom quote.
